摘　　要：目的探讨脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离概念的定义及内涵。方法系统检索PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Scopus,APA PsycNet,Embase和中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学数据库,检索包括自建库至2023年12月期间与脑卒中社会隔离相关的研究,依据纳入标准选取文献,采用Walker和Avant的经典概念分析方法对概念进行分析。结果共纳入31篇文献,分析确定脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离的定义属性为自我隔离、病耻感、疏离感、缺乏社会网络;前因分为社会人口学因素、伤残接受度、社会互动、脑卒中史;结果为影响患者认知、导致不良健康结局和生活质量降低。结论通过概念分析,正确理解脑卒中康复期患者社会隔离的定义属性,有利于预防、识别社会隔离,改善社会隔离后果,并为今后的深入研究提供参考。Objective To clarify the concept and connotation of social isolation of stroke patients in rehabilitation.Methods Databases including PubMed,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,CINAHL,Scopus,APA PsycNet,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang,VIP and CBM were systematically searched for papers on the topic from the inception to December 2023,according to inclusion criteria.Walker and Avant evolutionary method of concept analysis was used.Results A total of 31 articles were retrieved.4 attributes were identified,including self-isolation,stigma,alienation,and lack of social networks.The antecedents were sociodemographic factors,disability acceptance,social interaction,and history of stroke.The outcomes were cognitive impairment,unhealthy condition,and lower quality of life.Conclusions The concept and attributes of social isolation of stroke patients in rehabilitation are identified by concept analysis method.They can prevent and recognize social isolation,improve consequences,and provide reference for future in-depth research.
