摘 要:公益是新时代新思想的应有之义,但实际上的公益教育发展却呈现出独木难支的状况。公益教育并不是大众所误认为的纯道德事业,而是应该积极与经济、科技、文化联系起来的教育事业。基于经济学视角对公益教育进行内涵、问题探析,发现公益教育存在起点的供求失衡问题、过程的长尾效应忽视问题、结果的帕累托原则缺位问题与选择的功利化倾向高问题。针对经济学视域下的公益教育问题,提出匡正认知、扩充覆盖面与完善机制等应对方法与发展路径,力争为公益教育的发展带来新的活力与动力。Public welfare is an essential aspect of new-era thoughts,yet the development of public welfare education shows signs of struggling alone.Public welfare education is not a purely moral undertaking that the public mistakenly thinks of,but an education industry that should be actively linked to economy,science and technology,and culture.From the perspective of economics,this study analyzes the connotation and problems of public welfare education,identifying problems such as supply-demand imbalance at the start,neglect of the long-tail effect during the process,lack of the Pareto principle in the outcomes,and high utilitarian tendencies in choices.In response to the issues,coping methods and development paths are proposed,such as correcting cognition,expanding coverage and improving mechanisms,so as to strive to bring new vitality and impetus to the development of public welfare education.
