全面质量管理视域下应用型高校督导工作的三维探析

摘　　要：目前,应用型高校督导工作存在组织架构设置不合理、督导手段单一和督导力量薄弱等突出问题。应重构全面质量管理视域下应用型高校督导体系的组织体系和规则体系,加强制度建设、改进督导方式和提升业务水平,构建一套以“督”为前提且以“导”为重点的高效能应用型督导体系。At present,there are such problems in the inspection and supervision in application-oriented universities as the unreasonable organizational structures,the single inspection and supervision methods,and the weak inspection and supervision forces.The paper suggests reconstructing the organization system and the regulation system of the inspection and supervision sgstem in application-oriented universities from the pesspective of comprehensive quality management,strengthening institutional coustruction,improving inspection and supervision methods,and promoting professional comperence,aiming to establish an efficient and application-oriented inspection and supertision system.
