摘  要:编组站调车场的尾部停车防溜器对于防止车辆溜逸,保障编组站停车的安全至关重要。目前,国内大部分编组站尾部安装了停车防溜器,停车防溜器主要有电动的和液压两种型式,其中,液压防溜器应用的产品主要有两款:液力驱动型(靠液压缸保压维持制动状态)和液力缓解型(靠弹簧力维持制动状态)。通过现场调研和理论分析,本文揭示了这两款设备存在的问题,并在此基础上研制了一款新型停车防溜器,实际应用的效果表明:新研制的防溜器性能稳定可靠、使用维护方便、性价比高且适应性强.The parking anti-skid device in the marshalling yard plays a crucial role in preventing slippage and ensuring the safety of parked vehicles,thus ensuring the safety of the marshalling yard.Currently,most of the marshalling yards in China have installed parking anti-skid devices at the rear end.Parking anti-skid devices primarily come in two types:electric and hydraulic.Among them,the products employing hydraulic mainly encompass two types:hydraulic drive type(maintaining braking state through hydraulic cylinders)and hydraulic relief type(maintaining braking state through spring force).Through on-site investigation and theoretical analysis,this paper reveals the problems existing in these two types of devices,and based on this,develops a new type of parking anti-skid device.The practical application of this device has shown that it has stable and reliable performance,convenient use and maintenance,high cost-effectiveness,and strong adaptability.
