摘　　要：甲状腺癌是头颈部常见肿瘤,近年来始终呈现上升趋势。分化型甲状腺癌在甲状腺癌中极其常见,因此分化型甲状腺癌的诊疗规范直接关系到甲状腺癌整体治疗水平。目前分化型甲状腺癌主要以外科手术治疗为主,公认的手术方式有甲状腺全切/近全切、甲状腺单侧腺叶切除。为了减少二次手术的心理及经济负担,东亚地区主张至少进行病侧中央区淋巴结清扫。cN1b+为侧颈淋巴结清扫指征,但其清扫范围仍然存在争议。Thyroid cancer is a common tumor in the head and neck.It has been showing an upward trend in recent years.Differentiated thyroid cancer(DTC)is extremely common in thyroid cancer,so the diagnosis and treatment of DTC is directly related to the overall treatment level of thyroid cancer.At present,surgical treatment is the primary treatment,and the currently accepted surgical methods include total/near-total thyroidectomy and unilateral thyroidectomy.To reduce the psychological and economic burden of the second operation,the East Asian region advocates central lymph node dissection on the affected side.cN1b+is an indication for lateral neck dissection,but the extent of dissection is still controversial.
