摘　　要：乳腺癌手术虽能有效提升乳腺癌患者存活率,但术后女性特征的减退却严重影响患者心理健康与生活质量,故乳腺癌术后乳房重建一直备受临床关注。自体脂肪移植作为乳房重建的重要手段之一,具有免疫排斥反应较低、收集获取难度小、质地自然柔软等优势,但其是否会增加乳腺癌癌细胞侵袭性,增加乳腺癌复发风险却尚无定论。为了进一步明确自体脂肪移植在乳房重建中的应用价值与安全性,为临床乳腺癌术后乳房重建提供更多的理论支持,本文就自体脂肪移植在乳腺癌术后乳房重建中的应用展开综述。Although breast cancer surgery can effectively improve the survival rate of breast cancer patients,the decline of female characteristics after surgery has seriously affected the mental health and quality of life of patients.Therefore,breast reconstruction after breast cancer has been a clinical concern.As one of the important means of breast reconstruction,autologous fat transplantation has the advantages of low immune rejection,easy collection and acquisition,natural and soft texture,etc.However,whether it will increase the aggressiveness of breast cancer cells and increase the risk of breast cancer recurrence is still inconclusive.In order to further clarify the application value and safety of autologous fat transplantation in breast reconstruction and provide more theoretical support for clinical breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery,this paper reviews the application of autologous fat transplantation in breast reconstruction after breast cancer surgery.
