摘　　要：胃癌是肿瘤相关死亡的重要原因之一,手术是其首选的治疗手段。目前标准胃癌根治术是胃切除+D2区域淋巴结清扫术,而胃周丰富的淋巴结和复杂的引流通路决定了转移淋巴结的不确定性,因此,术中清扫淋巴结往往存在清扫不彻底或者清扫过度的问题。随着精准医学的发展,更精确地清扫癌转移淋巴结是目前研究的热点,而利用淋巴结示踪技术的淋巴结导航手术有望实现这一目的。本综述着重总结了过去几十年胃癌根治术中用到的淋巴结示踪剂相关原理和优劣势,并简述了一些新的示踪手段。Gastric cancer is one of the most important causes of tumor-related death,and surgery is the preferred treatment.At present,the standard radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer is gastrectomy plus lymph node dissection in D2 region.However,the abundant lymph nodes around the stomach and complex drainage pathways determine the uncertainty of metastatic lymph nodes.Therefore,intraoperative lymph node dissection is often incomplete or excessive.With the development of precision medicine,more accurate dissection of metastatic lymph nodes is the focus of current research,and lymph node navigation surgery using lymph node tracer technology is expected to achieve this purpose.This review focuses on the principles,advantages and disadvantages of lymph node tracers used in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in the past decades,and briefly describes some new tracer methods.
