摘　　要：[目的]建立了一种测定马拉硫磷乳油中限量杂质马拉氧磷的方法。[方法]采用气质联用仪对马拉氧磷进行了定性分析和定量分析。[结果]方法回收率为99.4%~111.0%,相对标准偏差为3.0%,马拉氧磷的质量浓度在0.972~29.16 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系。检出限(3S/N)为0.32 mg/L。[结论]该方法操作相对简单,适用于工业分析控制,能满足马拉硫磷乳油和原药中马拉氧磷的限量控制。[Aims]This study aims to establish a method to determine the related impurities of malaoxon in malathion EC.[Methods]The qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of malaoxon was determined by GC-MS.[Results]The recovery of the method was between 99.4%and 111.0%,the RSD was 3.0%,and the linearity correlation of malaoxon was good between 0.972 and 29.16 mg/L.The limit of detection(3S/N)was 0.32 mg/L.[Conclusions]The method is relatively simple,which is suitable for industrial control analysis and can meet the limit control of malaoxon in malathion EC and TC.
