三维适形调强放疗同步化疗在直肠癌术前的应用价值研究

摘　　要：分析直肠癌术前应用三维适形调强放疗同步化疗的效果。选取2022年2月—2022年10月行常规术后辅助化疗的40例患者作为对比组,选取2022年11月—2023年5月行三维适形调强放疗同步化疗的40例患者作为试验组,观察两组患者的血清肿瘤标志物、近期疗效、不良反应发生率、局部复发率与远处转移率。结果显示,试验组患者的血清肿瘤标志物数值、近期疗效均优于对比组,局部复发率、远期转移率以及不良反应发生率均低于对比组(P<0.05)。研究发现,直肠癌患者在术前进行科学合理的三维适形调强放疗同步化疗,可以有效提升其临床疗效,降低疾病的远处转移率以及局部复发率。Analyze the efficacy of preoperative three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy for rectal cancer.Select 40 patients who underwent routine postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy from February 2022 to October 2022 as the control group;Forty patients who underwent three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy and concurrent chemotherapy from November 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the experimental group.Observe the serum tumor markers,recent efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,local recurrence rate,and distant metastasis rate of two groups of patients.The results showed that the serum tumor marker values and short-term efficacy of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,while the local recurrence rate,long-term metastasis rate,and incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that preoperative scientific and rational three-dimensional conformal intensity-modulated radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of rectal cancer patients,reduce the distant metastasis rate and local recurrence rate of the disease.
