自拟手麻方应用于癌症化疗所致手足麻木患者治疗效果研究

摘　　要：探讨自拟手麻方应用于癌症化疗所致手足麻木患者治疗的效果。选取2022年7月—2023年6月柳州市中医医院肿瘤科收治的72例经病理及临床检查确诊为恶性肿瘤的患者为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患者分为空白组与治疗组,每组各36例。空白组通过温生理盐水泡洗以缓解患者化疗后手足麻木症状,治疗组用自拟手麻方进行熏洗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,治疗后,两组患者各项症状积分均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于空白组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的KPS评分均高于治疗前,且治疗组高于空白组(P<0.05)。研究发现,自拟手麻方治疗癌症化疗所致手足麻木,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Exploring the efficacy of self-formulated hand numbness formula in the treatment of patients with hand and foot numbness caused by cancer chemotherapy.72 patients diagnosed with malignant tumors through pathological and clinical examinations admitted to the Oncology Department of Liuzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects.Patients were divided into a blank group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The blank group was treated with warm physiological saline to alleviate the numbness symptoms of hands and feet after chemotherapy,while the treatment group was treated with a self-made hand numbness formula for fumigation and washing.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that after treatment,the symptom scores of both groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the blank group(P<0.05);After treatment,the KPS scores of both groups of patients were higher than before treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the blank group(P<0.05).Research has found that self-formulated hand numbness formulas can effectively improve patients’clinical symptoms and enhance their quality of life in the treatment of hand and foot numbness caused by cancer chemotherapy,and are worthy of promotion and application.
