摘  要:在应用型本科高校,工程教育专业认证被视为一种重要的教育质量保障和提升手段。提升教师的执教能力已经成为工程教育专业认证工作的一个迫切要求。通过分析IT类专任教师目前存在的执教能力不足的表现和挑战,提出了提升教师执教能力的策略和途径。教师要把握工程认证的要求,持续专业发展,提升教学技能;学校要提供多级多类的教师培训和竞赛,加强教学组织团队建设,加强教学评价体系建设及对教师的支持和激励。Engineering education accreditation is seen as an important means of ensuring and improving educational quality in application-oriented universities.The improvement of teachers’teaching ability has become an urgent requirement for engineering education accreditation work.The article analyzes the current manifestations and challenges of insufficient teaching ability among IT full-time teachers,and proposes strategies and approaches to improve their teaching ability.Teachers should grasp the requirements of engineering certification,continue professional development,and enhance teaching skills.Schools should provide multi-level and multiple-type teacher training and competitions,strengthen teaching organization and team building,enhance the construction of teaching evaluation systems,and provide support and incentives for teachers.
