建构中国自主的现代林业经济学知识体系初探

摘　　要：建构中国自主的林业经济学知识体系是当前林业经济管理学科建设重要的历史责任。文中首先对中国的林业经济学学科发展脉络进行梳理并划分为效仿苏联、改革摸索、借鉴西方、自发探索和兼容并包时期,指出建设兼容并包的现代林业经济学需要系统考虑如何建构中国自主的林业经济学知识体系的问题;探究建构中国自主的现代林业经济学自主知识体系应遵循的基本原则、应具备的基本特征及应当明确的基本任务,讨论可优先自主建构的主要理论议题;最后,提出要妥善处理好知识应用与知识创新、理论构建与实践探索、中国特色与国际认同的关系,建立林业经济学自主知识体系建构联盟以及统筹林业经济学自主知识体系研究成果出版等建议。Constructing China's independent knowledge system of forestry economics is an important historical responsibility that the discipline construction of forestry economics and management should take.The development history of the forestry economics discipline has been reviewed,which be divided into the periods of imitating the Soviet Union,reforming and exploring,borrowing from the West,exploring independently and being all-inclusive.It is pointed out that the construction of an inclusive modern forestry economics needs to systematically consider the issue of how to construct China's independent knowledge system of forestry economics.This paper puts forward the basic principles to be followed,the basic characteristics to be emphasized and the basic tasks to be clarified in the future construction of an independent knowledge system of modern forestry economics,and also discusses the main theoretical issues that should be prioritized during the construction of the independent knowledge system for modern forestry economics.At the end,the paper comes up with the suggestions for the construction,including proper handling of the relationship between knowledge application and knowledge innovation,the relationship between theoretical construction and practical exploration and between Chinese characteristics and international recognition,the establishment of an alliance for the independent knowledge system construction for forestry economics,and the coordinated publication of research results of the independent knowledge system of forestry economics.
