摘  要:根据对装置对象定义分区与KPI,并通过管理端和控制端2个工作平台进行集中、分散部署的方案设计思想,研究开发炼化装置PID性能评测与优化系统,为企业重点生产装置建立PID回路多尺度性能监测与预警、PID控制故障诊断与预知性维护、PID参数自动调优以及PID回路档案等功能应用。该系统能够实时监控PID性能KPI指标值,并智能推荐最优PID参数。试点装置应用效果的标定测试结果表明,PID系统的实际应用效果达到了技术设计指标,模型和算法的适用性、软件的成熟度得到了验证,具备在炼化装置中规模化扩展应用的条件,具有很好的推广应用价值。Based on the design concept of defining partitions and KPI for device objects,and implementing centralized and decentralized deployment through two work platforms of management and control,a PID performance evaluation and optimization system for refining devices is researched and developed.This system establishes multi-scale performance monitoring and early warning of PID loops,PID control fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance,PID parameter automatic tuning,and PID loop archives for key production devices in enterprises.The system is capable of real-time monitoring of PID performance KPI indicators and intelligent recommendation of optimal PID parameters.The calibration test results of the pilot device application effect show that the actual application effect of the PID system has reached the technical design indicators,and the applicability of the model and algorithm,as well as the maturity of the software,have been verified.It has the conditions for large-scale expansion and application in refining equipment,and has good promotion and application value.
