摘　　要：综合保税区作为开放型经济的重要平台,对发展对外贸易、吸引外商投资、促进产业转型升级等发挥着重要作用。基于此,探索以咖啡产业为代表的服务贸易在昆山综合保税区高质量发展的历程,总结相关经验教训,发现潜在问题,为海关及地方政府的监管和服务工作提出改进建议。As an important platform for an open economy,comprehensive bonded zones play an important role in developing foreign trade,attracting foreign investment,and promoting industrial transformation and upgrading.Based on this,explore the process of high-quality development of service trade represented by the coffee industry in Kunshan Comprehensive Bonded Zone,summarize relevant experiences and lessons,identify potential problems,and propose improvement suggestions for the supervision and service work of customs and local governments.
