基于中医急救能力提升的教学模式探索

摘　　要：针对中医急救能力提升教学模式的瓶颈问题,上海中医药大学附属龙华医院针对不同层次的人才培养需求,围绕中医急救能力提升的诸多薄弱环节,立足教学改革,创新中医急救能力提升教学模式,将临床、科研成果有效融入中医急救能力提升教学,将中华传统文化、党史学习思政教育与中医急救课程相融合,在国内率先创立了本科生、研究生、规培生和留学生人才教育贯通式中医急救能力提升的教学模式,丰富和发展了中医急救理论和实践,培养出具有良好中医急救能力和优秀医德的中医急救人才。In view of the bottleneck problems in the teaching mode of TCM first aid ability improvement,Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,aiming at the needs of person-time training at different levels and focusing on the many weak links of TCM first aid ability improvement,innovates the teaching mode of TCM first aid ability improvement based on the teaching reform,and effectively integrates clinical and scientific research results into TCM first aid ability improvement.By inte-grating TCM culture,Party history learning ideological and political education with TCM first aid courses,the university has pioneered the teaching mode of TCM first aid ability improvement for undergraduates,postgraduates,regular students and overseas education tal-ents,enriched and developed TCM first aid theory and practice,and cultivated TCM first aid talents with good TCM first aid ability and excellent medical ethics.
