电针法刺激颞前线治疗运动性失语临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针断续波刺激头颞部颞前线治疗运动性失语的临床效果。方法选取康复医学科2022年1月—2022年7月收治的90例脑卒中后运动性失语患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、试验1组和试验2组,各30例。三组均给予基础治疗,对照组只接受语言康复治疗,试验1组在对照组基础上针刺头颞部两鬓内的双侧颞前线,试验2组在试验1组基础上加用电针输出断续波。分别在治疗前、治疗2周及治疗4周后通过汉语失语症评定量表(ABC)进行康复治疗言语语言功能评定。结果治疗总有效率试验1组为86.67%(26/30)、试验2组为96.67%(29/30),均明显高于对照组的53.33%(16/30)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两试验组ABC各项评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针法刺激头颞部颞前线治疗运动性失语的效果确切,尤其是在表达、听理解和复述方面效果显著,能够提升患者日常生活语言沟通能力,恢复其神经功能缺损,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of intermittent wave electroacupuncture stimulation of the temporal front of the head and temporal region in the treatment of motor aphasia.Methods A total of 90 patients with motor aphasia after stroke admitted to department of rehabilitation medicine from January 2022 to July 2022 were selected and divided into control group,experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups were given basic treatment,and the control group only received speech rehabilitation treatment.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group 1 was acupuncture on the bilateral temporal front of the temples of the head,and the experimental group 2 received intermittent waves by electroacupuncture on the basis of the experimental group 2.The speech and language function of rehabilitation therapy was assessed by the Chinese Aphasia Rating Scale(ABC)before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 86.67%(26/30)in experimental group 1 and 96.67%(29/30)in experimental group 2,which was significantly higher than that in control group(53.33%,16/30)(P<0.05).After treatment,ABC scores and total scores of experimental groups were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture stimulation of the temporal front of the head and temporal region has a definite effect in the treatment of motor aphasia,especially in the aspects of expression,listening comprehension and retelling.It can improve the communication ability of patients in daily life and restore the neurological deficit of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
