益胃消癌汤辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌临床观察

摘　　要：目的深入细致地分析和研究益胃消癌汤辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌的效果。方法选择2020年4月—2022年3月中国医科大学附属第一医院进展期胃癌患者96例,根据治疗方案随机分为常规治疗组(化疗治疗)和联合治疗组(益胃消癌汤辅助化疗治疗),每组48例,比较两组治疗结果。结果联合治疗组总有效率为93.75%(45/48),高于常规治疗组的79.17%(38/48)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组红细胞计数、白细胞计数、癌胚抗原水平低于治疗前;联合治疗组红细胞计数、白细胞计数高于常规治疗组,癌胚抗原水平低于常规治疗组。治疗后,联合治疗组食欲不振、早饱、上腹胀、胃脘疼痛的中医证候评分低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用益胃消癌汤辅助化疗治疗进展期胃癌,效果较好,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze and study the effect of Yiwei Xiaoai decoction in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods A total of 96 patients with advanced gastric cancer in The First Hospital of China Medical University from April 2020 to March 2022 were selected.According to the treatment plan,they were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group(chemotherapy)and the combined treatment group(Yiwei Xiaoai decoction and chemotherapy).There were 48 patients in each group,and the treatment results were compared.Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group was 93.75%(45/48),which was higher than that of conventional treatment group(79.17%,38/48)(P<0.05).After treatment,red blood cell count,white blood cell count and carcinoembryonic antigen levels in two groups were lower than before treatment.The red blood cell count and white blood cell count in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the conventional treatment group,and the level of carcinoembryonic antigen was lower than that in the conventional treatment group.After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of loss of appetite,early satiety,upper abdominal distension and gastric epigastric pain in combined treatment group were lower than those in conventional treatment group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yiwei Xiaoai decoction is effective in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer with adjuvant chemotherapy,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
