高等中医药院校双创人才培养路径探索——基于专思创三元融合理念

摘　　要：新形势下,培养高质量的中医药“双创人才”,是高等中医药院校创新创业教育的总方针,更是实现中医药事业传承创新发展的源动力。在创新主旋律的指引下,将中医药专业教育、思想政治教育、创新创业教育三者融合,即形成“专思创”三元融合理念,为高等中医药院校双创人才培养提供了根脉、灵魂和方向。文章在剖析制约实施专思创三元融合理念的多重难题的基础上,通过打通专思创三元融合大循环、打造“三位一体”生态教育环境、构建双创教育共同体等举措,开辟以“中医药为本、思政铸魂、双创赋能”为特色的高等中医药院校双创人才培养新路径。Under the new situation,training high-quality“entrepreneurship and innovation”talents is not only the general policy of innovation and entrepreneurship education in university of Chinese medicine,but also the source power of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance and innovation development.Under the guidance of the main theme of innovation,traditional Chinese medicine professional education,ideological and political education and innovation and entrepreneurship education are integrated to form the three-way fusion concept of“professional,political and Innovation”,which provides the root,soul and direction for the training of“entrepreneurship and innovation”talents in university of Chinese medicine.On the basis of analyzing the multiple problems that restrict the implementation of the triad integration concept,this paper opened up a new path for the training of dual innovation talents in university of Chinese medicine,featuring“traditional Chinese medicine as the foundation,ideology and politics as the soul,and dual innovation as the ability”by opening up the big cycle of triad integration,creating a“trinity”ecological education environment,and building a community of dual innovation education.
