摘 要:山东某高铁跨河特大桥项目,跨河桥梁工程为3 m×40 m的变截面简支梁桥,独立柱墩支撑高度为16.5 m,属于典型的高墩大跨度工程。为确保该项目现浇预应力混凝土箱梁桥的建造效益,本文聚焦关键施工环节,采用梁柱式支架现浇、后张预应力法进行施工,对梁柱式叠合支架的施工受力进行分析,从叠合支架搭设、钢筋与模板安装、大体积混凝土浇筑、预应力施工和施工测控等方面提出质量控制措施,对现浇预应力梁桥的施工全过程进行了有效控制。工程实践结果表明:梁体实测竖向变形值最大为6.5 m m,梁端最大转角为0.509‰rad,均满足TB 10092—2017《铁路桥涵混凝土结构设计规范》和Q/CR 9603—2015《高速铁路桥涵工程施工技术规程》的要求。该工程还建立了较为完善的施工质量管控体系,促进了高效施工与项目顺利实施,达到了业主要求和项目预期目标,为今后类似工程项目施工提供借鉴与技术参考。The river crossing bridge project of a high-speed railway in Shandong Province is a 3 m×40 m variable cross-section simply supported beam bridge,with independent column piers supporting a height of 16.5 m,which belongs to a typical high pier large-span project.To ensure the construction efficiency of the cast-in-place prestressed concrete box girder bridge in this project,this article focuses on the key construction stages and adopts the beam-column support cast-in-place and post-tensioning method for construction,analyzes the construction stress of the beam-column composite support,and proposes quality control measures from key aspects such as composite support erection,steel reinforcement,and formwork installation,largevolume concrete pouring,prestressing construction,and construction measurement and control.The entire construction process of the cast-in-place prestressed beam bridge is effectively controlled.The results show that the maximum measured vertical deformation value of the beam body is 6.5 mm,and the maximum turning angle of the beam end is 0.509‰rad,both of which meet the requirements of TB 10092—2017 Technical Specification for Construction of High Speed Railway Bridge and Culvert Engineering and Q/CR 9603—2015 Code for Design of Concrete Structures of Railway Bridge and Culvert.It establishes a relatively complete construction quality control system,which promotes efficient construction and smooth project implementation,meets the requirements of the owner and the expected goals of the project,and provides useful reference and technical guidance for similar engineering projects in the future.
