摘 要:基于运动学的视角,对龙舟运动中的能量消耗和技术特征进行分析。首先,设计了龙舟运动能量消耗和技术特征分析的实验方法和检测指标;然后,对运动员在龙舟运动中的能量消耗进行了定量分析,揭示了各项体征如心率、氧摄取量和能量代谢与划桨频率、力量输出和划桨时间的相关性。结果表明,有效的划桨技术可以降低能量消耗,提高运动表现。此外,研究还深入探讨了龙舟划桨中关节活动的顺序,为龙舟运动员的训练和技术指导提供了科学依据,有助于推动龙舟运动的技术进步和运动员的能力提升。Based on the perspective of kinematics,this paper analyzes the energy consumption and technical characteristics in dragon boat sports.Firstly,experimental methods and detection indicators were designed for analyzing the energy consumption and technical characteristics of dragon boat sports.Then,a quantitative analysis was conducted on the energy consumption of athletes in dragon boat sports,revealing the correlation between various physical signs such as heart rate,oxygen uptake,and energy metabolism with rowing frequency,strength output,and rowing time.The results indicate that effective rowing techniques can reduce energy consumption and improve athletic performance.In addition,the study also delved into the sequence of joint activities in dragon boat rowing,providing scientific basis for the training and technical guidance of dragon boat athletes,which helps to promote the technological progress of dragon boat sports and the improvement of athletes'abilities.
