摘　　要：随着我国经济社会的快速发展,民商事纠纷日益增多。小额诉讼程序的应用,可以更好地保障人权的同时,也促进法治社会的进步。文章选取2013年至2023年中国裁判文书网上的数据,分析在实务中存在的问题,为更好地发挥小额的适用率,可以考虑在设置专门的小额诉讼法庭的同时成立专门机构,统一审理模式,建立科学的衔接机制,保障诉讼程序的顺利进行。With the rapid development of Chinas economy,the number of disputes began to increase.The application of small claims procedure can better protect human rights and promote the progress of a society ruled by law.In this paper,there are some applicable problems in practice in the data analysis of Chinas judgment documents from 2013 to 2023.In order to better exert the application rate of small claims,it is necessary to consider setting up a special small claims court while establishing a special agency to unify the trial mode and establish a scientific connection mechanism to ensure the smooth proceeding of litigation procedures.
