摘 要:非隔离型DC/DC变换器具有高效率、低成本、小体积的优势,广泛应用于大功率储能系统。本研究从提升系统输出功率、减少输出电流纹波角度出发,针对拓扑相间均流问题、飞跨电容电压动态响应能力,提出三相交错并联飞跨电容DC/DC变换器控制方案。设计变换器输出与飞跨电容电压控制解耦方法以及整体控制策略,并设计飞跨电容的模糊自整定PI控制器提升其动态响应能力。仿真试验结果表明:所提控制方法可以减少输出电流纹波,实现相间均流。采用模糊自整定PI控制提升了飞跨电容电压控制的动态响应能力。Non-isolated DC/DC converters have the advantages of high efficiency,low cost and small size,and are widely used in high-power energy storage systems.From the perspective of improving the output power of the system and reducing the output current ripple,this paper proposes a control scheme for the three-phase interleaved parallel flying capacitor DC/DC converter for the problem of topological phase current sharing and the dynamic response ability of flying capacitor voltage.The decoupling method and overall control strategy of converter output and flying capacitor voltage control were designed,and the fuzzy autotuning PI controller of flying capacitance was designed to improve its dynamic response ability.Through simulation experiments,the results show that the proposed control method can reduce the output current ripple and realize the current sharing between phases,and the fuzzy autotuning PI control was used to improve the dynamic response ability of the flying capacitor voltage control.
