摘  要:对363 t的SA508-Ⅲ钢锭进行了铸锻一体化数值模拟仿真。首先在铸造仿真软件中建立钢锭铸造过程的仿真模型并完成计算分析,然后将铸造结果导入锻造仿真软件中,建立锻造成形的仿真模型并完成计算分析。分析表明:通过铸锻一体化数值模拟仿真,明确了缩孔缩松、碳偏析、晶粒等在锻造过程中的演化规律,预测了缩孔缩松和碳偏析在锻件中出现的部位。The numerical simulation of casting-forging integration of 363t SA508-Ⅲsteel ingot was carried out.First,the simulation model of the ingot casting process was established in THERCAST software and the calculation analysis was completed,and then the casting results were introduced into the FORGE software to establish the simulation model of forging and forming,and the calculation analysis was completed.The analysis shows that the evolution law of shrinkage porosity,carbon segregation and grain during forging has been clarified through the numerical simulation of casting-forging integration,and the location of shrinkage porosity and carbon segregation in the forging has been predicted.
