摘　　要：甜高粱作为一种优质饲草作物,具有生物产量高、耐盐碱、耐旱、抗逆性强能等特性,茎杆中糖分含量高,易青贮,且甜高粱青贮饲料营养丰富、适口性好,具有较好的饲喂价值。近年来,甜高粱青贮饲料在反刍动物生产上的应用越来越受到关注。本文主要综述了甜高粱的营养成分、甜高粱青贮饲料的优势以及在牛羊生产中的应用,以期为甜高粱青贮饲料在反刍动物生产中进一步推广和应用提供理论参考。As a high-quality forage crop,sweet sorghum has the characteristics of high biological yield,salt and alkali tolerance,drought tolerance,and strong stress resistance.The sugar content in the stem is high and easy to ensilage,and the sweet sorghum silage has good feeding value with rich in nutrition and palatability.In recent years,its application in ruminant production has attracted more and more attention.In this paper,the nutritional components and the advantages of sweet sorghum as silage and its application in ruminant production are summarized,in order to provide theoretical reference for the further promotion and application of sweet sorghum silage in ruminant cattle and sheep production.
