皮肤磨削术治疗家族性良性慢性天疱疮6例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察皮肤磨削术治疗家族性良性慢性天疱疮的临床效果和安全性。方法回顾性收集大连医科大学附属第一医院皮肤科自2019年2月至2020年7月应用皮肤磨削术治疗的6例家族性良性慢性天疱疮患者的临床资料,男女各3例,年龄39~65岁,病程10~40年,术后随访14~34个月,计算有效率,观察不良反应及复发情况。结果皮肤磨削术治疗6例患者共55区,其中痊愈36区(65.5%),显效13区(23.6%),好转6区(10.9%),无效0区,总有效率为89.1%。术后患者无明显不适,仅留少许色素减退及轻微瘢痕。术后随访14~34个月,手术区域均未见复发。结论皮肤磨削术治疗家族性良性慢性天疱疮安全有效。Objective To analyze clinical efficacy and safety of dermabrasion for the treatment of familial benign chronic pemphigus.Methods Clinical data were retrospectively collected from 6 patients with familial benign chronic pemphigus,who underwent dermabrasion in the Department of Dermatology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from February 2019 to July 2020.There were 3 males and 3 females,they were aged from 39 to 65 years,and their disease duration ranged from 10 to 40 years.All the patients were postoperatively followed up for 14-34 months.Response rates were calculated,and adverse reactions and recurrence were observed.Results Dermabrasion was performed on the 6 patients in 55 body areas.After operation,complete recovery was observed in 36 areas(65.5%),marked improvement was noted in 13 areas(23.6%),and moderate improvement was observed in 6 areas(10.9%);there were no areas with no response,resulting in an overall response rate of 89.1%.Postoperatively,the patients experienced no obvious discomfort,and only slight hypopigmentation and mild scars remained.During the follow-up of 14 to 34 months,no recurrence was observed in the treated areas.Conclusion Dermabrasion was safe and effective for the treatment of familial benign chronic pemphigus.
