《温疫论》“截断扭转”论治病毒性肺炎

摘　　要：《温疫论》所载疫疠与病毒性肺炎发生、治疗颇具相似之处,其论治疫疠之“截断扭转”治法对治疗病毒性肺炎具有重要意义。据不同病程阶段先证而治,谨防变证。病毒性肺炎初期,治以开达膜原,扭转病所,病程中客邪早逐,截断病因,病传虽多,依“九传治法”灵活用方,以达里通表和。预后扶正,防止邪伏体虚而病复。The incidence and treatment of viral pneumonia is quite similar to those of epidemic diseases recorded in in the book Wenyi Lun(On Plague Diseases),and the method of"interrupting and reversing the progression of a disease"created in the book for the differentiation and treatment of epidemic diseases is of great significance for the treatment of viral pneumonia as well.Accordingly,based on the different stages of a disease,it is suggested to directly and radically cope with its syndromes,preventing a worsening of the disease.Therefore,in the early stage of viral pneumonia,it should be treated by dredging and vitalizing moyuan or the interpleuro-diaphramatic space to reverse the disease progression,treating its kaleidoscopic transmissions with a flexible use of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.And its prognosis should focus on strengthening the vital qi,preventing the recurrence of the disease caused by hidden pathogens and a weak body resistance.
