摘  要:“双减”背景下城市家庭教育责任凸显,但协同治理面临目标认知分歧、参与主体角色边界模糊、家校社协作机制缺失以及制度供给不足的困境。在深层机理方面,影响协同治理效能的关键因素主要包括家庭教育价值理念缺失、参与主体角色失范、互动模式单一以及制度环境滞后。对此,构建现代家庭教育治理生态必须重塑家庭教育的公共价值取向、明确各主体责任边界、搭建家校社互动平台和健全家庭教育指导服务体系和法规制度。Under the background of“double reduction”policy,the responsibility of urban family education is prominent,but the collaborative governance is faced with the difference of target cognition,the fuzzy boundary of the role of participants,the lack cooperation mechanism among home,school and society,and the shortage of system supply.In terms of deep mechanism,the key factors affecting the efficiency of collaborative governance mainly include the lack of value of family education,the anomie of the role of participants,the single interaction mode and the lagging governance system environment.In order to build a modern family educa-tion governance ecology,it is necessary to reshape the public value orientation of family education,clarify the responsibility boundary of each main body,build an interactive platform of home,school and society,and improve the family education guidance service sys-tem and regulations.
