摘 要:为了获得可调静叶的角度精度对多级压气机的气动性影响情况,对某11级高压压气机的S1、R2和S2共三排叶片开展了全三维数值模拟研究,通过调整S1静叶开、关角度值分析可调静叶角度偏差的量化影响。研究结果表明:可调静叶调节精度越高,则压气机越匹配设计点工况,气动性能则越好;可调静叶角度精度为±1°时对压气机的效率影响不大;但可调静叶角度精度在关闭3°时,效率损失最大达0.31%,静叶根部压力面流动分离明显增大。In order to obtain the influence of the adjustment accuracy of variable stator vane on the aerodynamic performance of multistage compressors,three rows of S1,R2 and S2 blades of an 11-stage high-pressure compressor were simulated in full 3D.The quantitative influence of the angle error of variable stator vane was analyzed by adjusting S1 stator angle.The results show that the higher the adjustment accuracy of variable stator vane is,the more the compressor matches the design condition and the better the aerodynamic performance is.When the angle accuracy of variable stator vane is±1°,it has little effect on compressor efficiency.However,when the angle accuracy of variable stator vane is closed at 3°,the maximum efficiency loss is 0.31%,and the flow separation of the pressure surface of the stator near the hub obviously increases.
