摘　　要：2023年江苏高考卷中一道题以溶酶体转运蛋白TMEM175变异导致帕金森综合征(PD)为素材,考查遗传信息的表达、基因突变等知识。在此基础之上,本文进一步拓展溶酶体转运蛋白异常在阿尔茨海默病(AD)、PD发生中的作用,拓展相关研究进展。In the 2023 Jiangsu college entrance examination paper,a question involved the expression of genetic information and gene mutations using the lysosomal membrane transport protein TMEM175 mutation leading to Parkinson's disease(PD)as material.Based on this,this article further discusses the role of defects in lysosomal membrane transport protein in the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease(AD)and PD and reviews progress in related research.
