摘  要:汽车零部件具有量产需求,常用数控机床进行加工,具有加工精度高,高效率,高灵活性等优势,能够有效的解决批量化生产的问题^([1])。目前,很多汽车零部件都采用数控机床加工零部件,但数控机床上工件的搬运和夹持基本依靠人工搬运,不仅占用大量人工成本,同时带来了安全隐患。本设计主要解决汽车零件自动装夹装置,设计使用双工位机械抓,利用三轴滚珠丝杠作为移动机构,利用气动装置实现机械手自动夹持,实现数控机床的自动夹持和搬运。Automotive components have mass production requirements and are commonly processed using CNC machines.They have advantages such as high machining accuracy,high efficiency,and high flexibility,which can effectively solve the problem of mass production.At present,many automotive components are processed using CNC machine tools,but the handling and clamping of workpieces on CNC machine tools mainly rely on manual handling,which not only consumes a lot of labor costs but also brings safety hazards.This design mainly solves the automatic clamping device for automotive parts.It uses a dual station mechanical gripper,a three-axis ball screw as a moving mechanism,and a pneumatic device to achieve automatic clamping of the robotic arm,achieving automatic clamping and handling of CNC machine tools.
