摘　　要：由于汽车服务工程专业的培养特点比较鲜明,相较其他专业具有自己的特色,所以与其相关的综合实训课程改革,也要突出自己的特点。在数控综合实训和金工实习课程中采用平面雕刻装置,就是针对汽车服务工程及汽车相关专业的一种全新实训方式,除能完全保证操作的安全性外,更能让复杂的程序简单化,完美诠释数控加工的基本原理和编程逻辑,以笔为刀,以纸代料的全新模式,让实训课灵活机动,此装置制造成本低,安全可靠,学生不用依赖老师,可独立上机操作,不用掌握过多专业知识就能参加实训,对汽车相关专业的人才培养尤为适用。Due to the distinctive training characteristics of automobile service engineering and its own characteristics compared with other majors,the reform of the comprehensive training curriculum related to it should also be necessaryHighlight your own characteristics.The use of flat surface engraving device in CNC comprehensive training and metalworking practical course is a new training method for automotive service engineering and automobile-related majorsIn addition to fully ensuring the safety of operation,it can also simplify complex procedures and perfectly interpret the basic principles and programming logic of CNC machiningThe pen is a knife,a new mode of paper substitute material,so that the training class is flexible and mobile,this device has low manufacturing cost,safe and reliable,students do not need to rely on the teacher,can operate independently on the machineYou don't need to have too much professional knowledge to participate in the training,which is especially suitable for the cultivation of talents in automobile-related majors.
