摘 要:探索“Z世代”生活形态下手工皂制作产品的创新制造模式,将手工制作与智能制造融合于手工皂制作过程中,对制皂产品进行创新设计。以Z世代用户的生活形态特征为核心,通过用户研究方法挖掘手工皂制作过程中用户的需求及痛点,从中提取设计的机会点,并通过故事板、用户模型、体验地图等方法,构建智能制皂系统,并设计出线上线下联动的智能制皂产品体系“皂台”。解决手工皂传统制作方法的弊端,提升制皂体验的互动与趣味。设计方案将为未来手工皂制作模式提供新的方法与思路。通过智能制皂系统的体验设计,契合Z世代用户的生活新形态,并探寻智能制皂对年轻用户的体验新方法和新模式。The aim is to explore innovative manufacturing models for handmade soap products under the“Generation Z”lifestyle,integrating handmade and intelligent manufacturing into the handmade soap production process,and carrying out innovative design for soap making products.The method takes the lifestyle characteristics of Generation Z users as the core,and uses user research methods to explore the needs and pain points of users in the manual soap making process,extract design opportunities,and construct an intelligent soap system through storyboards,user models,experience maps,and other methods.The intelligent soap making product system“soap platform”is designed for online and offline linkage.The result is to solve the drawbacks of traditional handmade soap making methods and enhance the interaction and fun of soap making experience.The design plan will provide new methods and ideas for the future manual soap production mode.Conclusion:Through the experience design of the intelligent soap making system,it fits the new lifestyle of Generation Z users and explores new methods and models for the experience of intelligent soap making for young users.
