摘 要:以明胶和阿拉伯树胶为壁材,薰衣草精油和玫瑰精油为芯材,采用复凝聚法制备双囊壁双组分香精微胶囊。研究了乳化剂吐温80用量、芯壁比、均质速度等对微胶囊产率的影响,系统评价了不同溶剂和不同pH下双囊壁双组分香精微胶囊的稳定性。将制备的双囊壁双组分香精微胶囊采用浸轧的方法整理到棉织物上,研究香精释放行为。结果表明,在乳化剂吐温80质量分数为16.0%,均质速度为5 000 r/min,芯壁比为1∶1时,制备的双囊壁双组分微胶囊具有较均一的尺寸,在中性偏碱性条件下具有较好的稳定性。制备的双囊壁双组分香精微胶囊的缓释性优于单囊壁微胶囊,且释放行为符合一级释放模型。Two-component fragrant microcapsules with double capsule walls are prepared by complex coacervation method using gelatin and Arabic gum as wall materials,lavender essential oil and rose essential oil as core materials.The effects of reaction time,homogenization rate,core/wall materials ratio on the yield and fragrance encapsulation efficiency of the microcapsules are studied.The stability of microcapsules with double capsule walls in different solvents and pH is systematically evaluated.The prepared microcapsules are then applied to the fabrics using padding method,the release rate is studied.The results show that with Tween 80 concentration of 16.0%,homogenization speed of 5000 r/min,the core/wall ratio of 1∶1,the particles size of prepared microcapsules with double walls is uniform,which have good stability under neutral alkaline conditions.Compared with the microcapsules with single capsule wall,the microcapsules with double capsule walls have better sustained release performance.The release behavior conformed to a first-order release model.
