摘　　要：初到儿童村时,小h(化名)在老家已被“散养”多年,蓬头垢面,指甲缝里满是泥垢。同龄孩子已经能用英语日常交流,而他却连拼音都不会,眼神躲闪却藏着渴望。而这,也是多数孩子来到儿童村的初始状态。十多年后,22岁的小h凭借自己精湛的厨艺获得了大酒店厨师的offer,并向青岛峰会国宴总指挥总厨师长唐卓拜师。Yantai sos Children's Village adheres to its mission of"everything for the children,"delving deeply into welfare protection and employ ment serviees for orphans and vulnerable children.Leveraging resources from the gov ernment.institutions.and society,it aids these children in their career planming and devclopment.encouraging them to actively integrale into and contribute back to society.
