摘  要:通过强化实践能力培养,提高学生复合型技术技能,建立行业和用人单位专家参与的教学体系,而专业课教学是实现人才培养目标的重要环节,教学效果直接影响人才培养的质量。本项专业课教学研究采用“两院一体化”合作教学模式,建立“一站式”双赢长效的校企合作运行机制,构建“4个参与、3个阶段、2个环节”的校企联合培养教学体系;提出与信息技术深度融合的教学组织实施方案,解决企业教师与校内教学在时间和空间上受局限的问题;形成稳定的校内教师与企业导师“双主体”的课程教学团队,建立“联合导师制度”,设计类和实践类课程实施“1+1”辅导,为校企联合培养深度融合课堂教学提供有效保障。By strengthening the cultivation of practical abilities and improving students comprehensive technical skills,a teaching system involved by experts from the industry and employers is established.However,the teaching of professional courses is an important link in achieving the goal of training talent,and the teaching way affects the quality of training talent directly.This professional course teaching research adopts the“two-school integration”cooperative teaching model,establishes a“one-stop”win-win and long-term school-enterprise cooperation operation mechanism,and builds a“4 participation,3 stages,2 links”school-enterprise cooperation cultivate teaching system;proposes a teaching organization implementation plan integrated with information technology deeply to solve the problem of limited time and space between corporate teachers and on-campus teaching;forms a stable“dual-subject”course teaching team of on-campus teachers and corporate tutors;establishes a“joint tutor system”and implements“1+1”tutoring for design and practical courses,which provides effective protection for deep integration between classroom teaching and school-enterprise joint training.
