角膜后前表面曲率半径比值的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析白内障患者的术前角膜后前表面曲率半径比值(B/F ratio)的分布特点及其与眼内生物参数的相关性。为优化常规白内障人工晶体(IOL)计算公式和角膜屈光术后IOL计算公式提供有用的信息。方法将169名白内障患者的182只眼纳入了研究,对其术前的Pentacam眼前节分析仪和IOLMaster的检查结果进行统计分析,并计算出每只眼的矫正角膜折射指数。结果本研究人群B/FRatio均值为(82.04±1.68)%,与年龄(r_(p)=0.313,P<0.001)、角膜屈光度(Kp,r_(p)=0.567,P<0.001)、角膜后表面曲率半径(R^(2),r_(p)=0.566,P<0.001)成正相关。矫正角膜屈光指数(N)为1.3229~1.3306(1.3282±0.0010)。结论本研究样本的B/FRatio值、N,与国内外同类研究结果接近,比Gullstrand模型眼的B/FRatio值、N小。当白内障患眼B/FRatio较低时,需要考虑使用特殊的IOL屈光力计算公式。Objective To analyze the distribution characteristics of the posterior/anterior corneal curvature radi ratio(B/F ratio)in cataract patients and their correlation with intraocular biological parameters.To provide useful information foroptimizing IOL calculation formula of routine cataract and with previous corneal refractive surgery.Methods One hundred andeighty-two eyes of 169 cataract patients were enrolled in the study.The preoperative results of Pentacam and IOL Master werestatistically analyzed,and the corrected corneal refraction index of each eye was calculated.ResultsThe average B/F ratio ofthepopulation in thisstudywas(82.04±1.68)%which was positively correlated with age(r=0.313,P<0.001)K_(p)(r=0.567,P<0.001)and posterior corneal curvature radius R^(2)(r_(p)=0.566,P<0.001).Corrected corneal refractive index Nwas 1.3229~1.3306(1.3282±0.0010).ConclusionThe B/F ratio of the population in this study and the corrected cornealrefractive index N are similar to the results of related studies at home and abroad,and smaller than those of Gullstrand modeleye.When the B/F ratio is low in cataract eyes,a special IOL refractive power calculation formula should be considered.
