摘　　要：目的探讨额瓣、颏下岛状瓣在口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后面部缺损修复中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月至2021年5月收治的120例口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后面部缺损患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组实施风筝皮瓣修复术,观察组实施额瓣、颏下岛状瓣修复术。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的手术时间长于对照组,出血量多于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的皮瓣成活率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于对照组,美观度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的治疗总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组的瘢痕增生、色素沉着及暂时性功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论额瓣、颏下岛状瓣是口腔颌面部肿瘤切除术后面部缺损修复的良好方法,能够减轻疼痛,提升面部美观度,且不良事件发生率低。Objective To investigate the application effect of frontal flap and submental island flap in facial defect repair after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection.Methods A total of 120 patients with facial defect after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection admitted from January 2015 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with kite flap repair,and the observation group was treated with frontal flap and submental island flap repair.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was more than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the survival rate of skin flap between the two groups(P>0.05).The Visual Analogue Score(VAS)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the aesthetic score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of scar hyperplasia,pigmentation and temporary dysfunction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Frontal flap and submental island flap are good methods for facial defect repair after oral and maxillofacial tumor resection,which can reduce pain,improve facial aesthetics,and have low incidence of adverse events.
