帕金森病患者血清IL-37与血浆IL-6水平变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨帕金森患者血清白介素-37(IL-37)、血浆白介素-6(IL-6)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取帕金森病(PD)患者40例为PD组,同期选取30名健康者为对照组,分别抽取空腹血液,使用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清标本IL-37水平,使用化学发光法检测PD组患者及对照组血浆标本IL-6水平,采用Hoehn-Yahr分级评估帕金森病患者的病情,对比PD组及健康对照组IL-37及IL-6水平,使用Spearman相关分析IL-6、IL-37与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果PD组血清IL-37水平明显低于对照组,IL-6水平明显高于对照组。不同Hoehn-Yahr分级的40例帕金森病患者IL-6、IL-37水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病情越重,IL-6越高、IL-37水平越低。IL-6水平与PD患者的Hoehn-Yahr分级、UPDRS-Ⅲ评分有明显相关性(P<0.05),血清IL-37水平与PD组患者患病年限、病情严重程度无明显相关性(P>0.05),PD组IL-6与IL-37水平无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论在帕金森病患者中,血清IL-37呈低水平、血浆IL-6呈高水平表达,其与疾病进展存在一定的相关性,但无法直接反映患者疾病严重程度。Objective To investigate the changes in serum interleukin-37(IL-37)and plasma interleukin-6(IL-6)levels and their clinical significance in Parkinson’s disease(PD)patients.Methods Fasting blood was taken from 40 patients with PD and 30 healthy people were selected as control group,and the concentration of IL-37 in serum specimens was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the concentration of IL-6 in plasma specimens of the PD group and the control group was measured by chemiluminescent method,respectively.The Hoehn-Yahr classification was used to evaluate the condition of PD patients,the levels of IL-37 and IL-6 between the PD group and the control group were compared,and the correlation between IL-6,IL-37 and the severity of the disease was analyzed using Spearman’s correlation analysis.Results Serum IL-37 level was significantly lower and IL-6 level was significantly higher in the PD group than that in the healthy control group.The blood IL-6 and IL-37 levels of 40 PD patients with different Hoehn-Yahr grading were examined,and the results showed that the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The more severe the disease,the higher the IL-6 and lower the IL-37 levels in the blood components.IL-6 levels were significantly correlated with Hoehn-Yahr classification and UPDRS-Ⅲin PD patients(P<0.05).However,there was no significant correlation between serum IL-37 levels and the years of illness and the severity of disease in the PD group(P>0.05).There was no significant correlation between IL-6 and IL-37 levels in the PD group(P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with Parkinson’s disease,serum IL-37 showes a low level and plasma IL-6 showes a high level of expression,which has a certain correlation with disease progression,but could not directly reflect the severity of disease.
