摘  要:以AC-20级配为基础制备石墨烯改性沥青混合料,以基质沥青混合料作为参照,通过四点弯曲疲劳试验、动态蠕变试验研究了掺入石墨烯对沥青混合料动态性能的影响。试验结果表明,掺入石墨烯能够有效改善沥青混合料的动态性能,在四点弯曲疲劳试验中,沥青混合料的疲劳寿命在各应变水平下分别提高了46%、25%、5%,沥青混合料的劲度模量在得到提高的同时还降低了劲度模量的衰减速率,累计耗散能与应变水平在双对数坐标下呈线性关系;在动态蠕变试验中,沥青混合料的总应变在35℃、45℃试验环境中分别降低了25%、29%,在60℃试验环境,1 900次荷载作用下总应变降低了20%;在各温度下,应变速率分别下降了32%、55%、88%。Graphene-modified asphalt mixtures were prepared based on the AC-20 gradation,and the effects of graphene addition on the dynamic properties of asphalt mixtures were investigated through four-point bending fatigue tests and dynamic creep tests,with base asphalt mixtures used as a reference.The test results indicate that the incorporation of graphene can effectively improve the dynamic properties of asphalt mixtures.In the four-point bending fatigue.tests,the fatigue life of the asphalt mixtures increased by 46%,25%,and 5%respectively at different strain levels.While the stiffness modulus of the asphalt mixtures was enhanced,the decay rate of the stiffness modulus was also reduced,and the cumulative dissipated energy exhibited a linear relationship with the strain level on a double logarithmic coordinate.In the dynamic creep tests,the total strain of the asphalt mixtures decreased by 25%and 29%respectively in test environments at 35℃ and 45℃,and by 20%under 1,900 load cycles in a test environment at 60℃.At various temperatures,the strain rates decreased by 32%,55%,and 88% respectively.
