高校民族传统体育课程高质量发展路径研究

摘　　要：探讨高校民族传统体育课程的高质量发展路径,并围绕课程存在的问题与困境,提出了内容创新、教学方法改进以及学生参与度提升等策略。当前高校民族传统体育课程存在内容单一、教学方法滞后以及学生参与度低等问题,阻碍了民族传统体育文化的传承与发展。为了解决这些问题,提出了以学生为中心的教学理念、理论与实践相结合、地方文化和社会实践相结合,以及促进跨学科合作与交流等原则与方向。在发展策略与路径方面,建议优化课程内容与教学方法、加强师资队伍建设与培训、合理配置与管理资源以及健全高校民族传统体育课程建设体系。这些措施旨在促进高校民族传统体育课程的高质量发展,推动民族体育文化的传承与发展,更好地满足社会和学生的需求。This study aims to explore the high-quality development path of Traditional Ethnic Sports courses in colleges and universities,and put forward some strategies such as content innovation,teaching method improvement and student participation enhancement around the problems and difficulties existing in the course.At present,the problems of single content,backward teaching method and low participation of students in Traditional Ethnic Sports courses in colleges and universities hinder the inheritance and development of Traditional Ethnic Sports culture.In order to solve these problems,this study puts forward the principles and directions of student-centered teaching concept,combining theory and practice,attaching importance to the combination of local culture and social practice,and promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and exchange.In terms of development strategy and path,it is suggested to optimize the course content and teaching methods,strengthen the construction and training of teachers,rationally allocate and manage resources,and improve the construction system of Traditional Ethnic Sports courses in colleges and universities.These measures aim to promote the high-quality development of Traditional Ethnic Sports courses in colleges and universities,promote the inheritance and development of ethnic sports culture,and better meet the needs of society and students.
