摘 要:选取机械采制样过程和集样储存过程,对火电厂煤炭机械采制样系统煤样水分损失进行了研究。试验结果表明:煤样在机械采制样过程中的水分损失随着煤样全水分的增加整体呈线性增加的趋势,不同矿点煤样的水分损失存在着显著的差异。试验还发现,不同全水分的煤样在集样储存过程的水分损失随着存储时间的增加整体呈线性增加的趋势,全水分高的煤样水分损失较全水分低的煤样显著更高。建议火电厂对不同全水分的来煤和不同矿源的来煤开展水分损失试验,以进行合理的水分损失补正。Mechanical sampling and preparation process and temporary storage process of coal were chosen to study the moisture loss of coal by using the coal mechanical sampling system in thermal power plants.The test results indicated that the moisture loss of coal samples in the process of mechanical sampling and preparation showed a linear increase trend with the increase of its total moisture,and there were significant differences in moisture loss of coal samples which from different sources.It was also found that the moisture loss of coal samples with different total moisture in the temporary storage process showed a linear increase trend with the increase of storage time,and the moisture loss of coal samples with high total moisture were significantly higher than that of coal samples with low total moisture.It was recommended that the moisture loss tests on coal with different total moisture and coal from different sources should been carried out in thermal power plants,in order to finish the moisture loss correction reasonably.
