摘 要:针对当前用于低压电器试验的交流恒流源成本高、精度低、输出电流范围小等问题,设计了一种用于低压电器试验的交流恒流源。控制部分采用基于ARM内核的STM32芯片实现SPWM波形的数字化生成算法,另外采用了模糊准PR控制算法。经实践表明,该恒流源输出电流精度高、速度快、范围广,能够输出交流有效值为1~120 A的电流。In response to the high cost,low accuracy,and limited output current range of the AC constant current source currently used for low-voltage electrical appliance testing,this paper presents a design for an AC constant current source specifically for low-voltage electrical appliance testing.The control section utilizes an STM32 chip based on the ARM core to implement a digital generation algorithm for SPWM waveform.Additionally,a fuzzy PR control algorithm is employed.Through practical experiments,it has been demonstrated that this constant current source offers high output current accuracy,fast speed,and a wide range,capable of delivering alternating currents with effective values ranging from 1 A to 120 A.
