德才兼备视域下环境工程创新人才培养路径探索与实践

摘　　要：新时代背景下环境工程专业面临着创新型人才培养需求与国家绿色发展战略的双重炙烤。在这种形势下,环境工程专业该如何应对自身发展的机遇与挑战,是一个值得深思的问题。该文针对现有环境工程专业人才培养模式的问题和不足,结合学校特色对德才兼备视域下环境工程创新人才培养的路径进行思考与探索,提出“德育”+“能力”共培养的环境工程专业创新人才培养体系,并详细介绍可应用实践的方法、措施,以期对国家省属高校的环境工程专业人才培养有所参考。Under the background of the new era,the discipline of environmental engineering is faced with two difficulties:the demand for innovative talents training and the national green development strategy.In this situation,how to deal with the opportunities and challenges of environmental engineering is a question worth pondering.In view of the problems and shortcomings of the existing training mode of environmental engineering,this paper considers and explores the path of cultivating innovative talents of environmental engineering from the perspective of both morality and ability with the characteristics of the school,and puts forward the training system of innovative talents for environmental engineering major,which combines"moral education"with"talent".And this paper also introduces the practical methods and measures in detail,in order to provide reference for the training of environmental engineering professionals in national provincial universities.
