摘 要:基于多体系统动力学理论,分析了双立轴振动搅拌机中激振器的动平衡设计的合理性。在ADAMS软件中建立了激振器的动力学模型,对其进行了动力学仿真,揭示了激振器的运动规律和工作原理,并分析了激振器的振幅、频率及振动强度之间的关系,以及振动能量的分布形式。将仿真结果和实际测量结果相结合,证明了激振器满足设计要求,也证明了采用动平衡设计的合理性,同时也证实了仿真分析的振动能量分布形式的合理性。研究结果为激振器动平衡设计提供了参考和依据,也为立轴振动搅拌技术奠定理论基础。Based on the theory of multi-body system dynamics,the rationality of dynamic balance design of vibration exciter in double vertical shaft vibration mixer is analyzed.The dynamic model of the exciter is established in ADAMS software,and its dynamic simulation is carried out.The simulation results reveal the motion law and working principle of the exciter,and analyze the relationship among the amplitude,frequency and vibration intensity of the exciter,as well as the distribution of vibration energy.By combining the simulation results with the actual measurement results,it is proved that the exciter meets the design requirements,the dynamic balance design is reasonable,and the vibration energy distribution form of the simulation analysis is reasonable.The research results provide a reference and basis for the dynamic balance design of the exciter,and also lay a theoretical foundation for the vertical shaft vibration mixing technology.
