摘  要:童车已成为现代家庭和儿童的必须生活用品,市场潜力巨大。高安全性人性化童车创新设计和高强度环保型零部件制造是婴儿童车产品生产加工中两道核心工序。童车设计事关儿童身体健康,轻者造成身体不适,重者会引起生理或心理方面的疾病,“问题童车”产品依然存在。本文研究了童车整体设计理念,设计出一款收合式车架体中独特的“几字锁合结构”,研制出的童车具有高动态耐久性和高手把强度等特点,达到国标GB 14748和欧标EN 1888-1的要求。Children's car has become a necessity for modern families and children,with huge market potential.The innovative design of high-safety humanized children's car and the manufacturing of high-strength environmental protection parts are the two core processes in the production and processing of baby children's car products.Children's car design is related to children's health,which may cause physical discomfort in light cases,and cause physical or psychological diseases in severe cases."Problem children's car"products still exist.This paper studies the overall design concept of children's car,designs a unique"locking structure"in the folding frame body,and develops children's car with high dynamic durability and high strength,which meets the requirements of GB14748 and EN1888-1.
