摘  要:目的:探讨MRI各序列在评价原发性三叉神经痛神经血管关系的价值。方法:回顾性分析我院于2020年1月至2022年12月收治的100例原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床资料,均行MRI各序列检查,分析患者血管压迫影像学结果及三叉神经池段形态学各项参数。结果:100例患者MRI检查中左侧受压42例,与临床症状相符率为95.45%,右侧受压48例,与临床症状相符率为85.71%,其中未见压迫10例,压迫动脉100处,患侧压迫点188处。100例三叉神经痛患者中,两侧三叉神经最大长度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),患侧三叉神经横截面积、神经脑桥夹角、桥小脑角池截面积较低(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:MRI各序列评价原发性三叉神经痛神经血管关系的价值显著,明确神经周围情况,利于后期诊治及预后,值得推广。Objective:To investigate the value of MRI sequences in evaluating the neurovascular relationship of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Each MRI sequence examination was performed,and the imaging results of vascular compression and morphological parameters of the trigeminal cisterna segment were analyzed.Results:Among the 100 patients examined by MRI,42 cases of left side compression were consistent with clinical symptoms,and 48 cases of right side compression were consistent with clinical symptoms,and the rate was 95.45%,and the rate was 85.71%.In 100 patients with trigeminal neuralgia,there was no statistically significant difference in the maximum length of trigeminal nerve on both sides(P>0.05),but the cross-sectional area of trigeminal nerve on the affected side,the Angle of pons,and the cross-sectional area of pontine minor angulus were lower(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:The value of MRI sequences in evaluating the neurovascular relationship of primary trigeminal neuralgia is significant,and it is beneficial to the later diagnosis and prognosis.
