中医情志疗法在儿童抽动障碍治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：儿童抽动障碍的发生、发展与情志关系密切,中医情志疗法对儿童抽动障碍疗效显著,分别从暗示疗法、移情易性法、发泄疏导法、抑情顺理法、情志相胜法、精神摄养法、开导劝慰法、顺情从欲法、习以治惊法、示范模仿疗法进行了论述,同时指出每人致病的原因各不相同,临床表现症状各一,要遵循因人而异、循序渐进的原则灵活选择或穿插各种方法。由于小儿特殊的生理、病理特点,不适合过激情志的刺激,所以,情志相胜疗法中的恐胜喜、怒胜思、思胜恐等临床一般不要轻易运用。旨在提高临床医师在治疗儿童抽动障碍中对中医情志疗法的认识。The occurrence and development of children with tic disorders are closely related to emotions.Traditional Chinese medicine emotional therapy has a significant therapeutic effect on children with tic disorders.This article discusses various methods,including suggestion therapy,empathy therapy,release and guidance therapy,emotional suppression and coordination therapy,spiritual nourishment therapy,counseling and consolation therapy,following one's desires therapy,habitual shock therapy,and demonstration and imitation therapy.At the same time,it points out that the causes of each person's disease are dfferent,and the clinical symptoms are one each,and one or more methods should be flexibly selected according to the principle of varying from person to person and progressing step by step.In addition,due to the special physiological and pathological characteristics of children,they are not suitable for excessive stimulation of emotions.Therefore,the clinical use of emotions such as fear surpasses joy,anger surpasses thought,and thought surpasses fear in emotional therapy should not be rashly applied.The aim is to improve the understanding of emotional therapy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with tic disorder.
