探究“厨余垃圾微生物发酵液对植物生长影响”的实验创新设计

摘  要:作者对新人教版教材“微生物的选择培养”实验和“探索植物生长调节剂的应用”实验进行联合拓展,用纤维素、淀粉、油脂的选择鉴定培养基分离纯化得到纤维素分解菌、淀粉分解菌、油脂分解菌,将分离得到的微生物用于分解厨余垃圾,得到的发酵液作为植物生长调节剂,探索不同浓度的厨余垃圾发酵液对植物生长的影响,结果表明分离得到的微生物易培养,分解能力强,厨余垃圾发酵液对种子萌发、插条生根和新叶试验都有促进效果。This article jointly expands the experiment on“selective cultivation of microorganisms”and the experiment on“exploring the application of plant growth regulators”in the People’s Education Press textbook.Cellulose decomposing bacteria,starch decomposing bacteria,and oil decomposing bacteria are separated and purified using a selective culture mediumof cellulose,starch,and oil.The sep-arated microorganisms are used to decompose kitchen waste,and the fermentation broth obtained is used as a plant growth regulator.Exploring the effects of different concentrations of kitchen waste fermentation broth on plant growth,the results showed that the isolated microorganisms were easy to cultivate and had strong decomposition ability.The kitchen waste fermentation had promoting effects on seed germination,cuttings rooting,and new leaf experiments.
