摘　　要：网络档案信息检索客体是多元化的多媒体数据,依赖多媒体检索技术查找。多媒体检索技术包括图像检索技术、音频检索技术和视频检索技术,它们在网络档案信息检索中具有广泛的应用场景,主要有提升老旧照片档案数字化后的质量,提取出照片中关键人、物予以标注,对照片档案进行多维度分类,提升声音档案数字化后的质量,提取声音档案中的说话内容,对声音档案进行基于语音识别的语音检索、基于声纹识别的语音检索或基于音乐指纹的音乐检索,提升视频档案的画质和播放效果,提取影像内容的关键人物、字幕文本、关键物体等,提取缩略图,运用视频档案中的图像和语音特征及内容特征丰富检索手段等。The object of network archival information retrieval is diversified multimedia data and is searched relying on multimedia retrieval technology.Multimedia retrieval technology mainly includes image retrieval technology,audio retrieval technology and video retrieval technology.They have a wide range of application scenarios in network archival information retrieval,such as improving the quality of old photo archives after digitization,extracting the key figures and things in the photo to mark,multi-dimensional classification of photo archives,improving the quality of sound archives after digitization,extracting the content of the speech in sound archives,conducting speech archives based on speech recognition,speech retrieval based on voiceprint recognition,or music retrieval based on music fingerprints,improving the picture quality and play effect of video archives,extracting the key figures,subtitles text,key objects,etc.of image content,extracting thumbnails,enriching retrieval ways by using the image and speech characteristics and content characteristics of video archives,etc.
