体重自我污名对青少年锻炼逃避行为的影响机制:基于压力与应对交互作用理论的实证分析

摘　　要：体重自我污名成为当前超重肥胖研究领域的热点命题。然而,现有研究局限于从体重认同威胁、内化社会态度、锻炼动机等认知视角,对体重自我污名影响大学生、成年人锻炼逃避行为的机制进行解释。研究基于压力与应对交互作用理论,从社交外貌焦虑情绪视角,对839名青少年进行调查,探讨体重自我污名对青少年锻炼逃避行为的影响机制。结果表明:1)体重自我污名对青少年锻炼逃避行为有显著的正向影响;2)负面外貌评价恐惧部分中介体重自我污名与青少年锻炼逃避行为的关系;3)社会情绪能力负向调节负面外貌评价恐惧与青少年锻炼逃避行为的关系;4)社会情绪能力调节体重自我污名通过负面外貌评价恐惧对青少年锻炼逃避行为影响的中介过程,起着有调节的中介效应。研究不仅拓展了体重自我污名的理论空间,而且也为政府、学校、家庭化解体重自我污名青少年锻炼逃避行为提供了实践对策。Although weight self-stigma has become a hot topic in the current research field of overweight/obesity,most studies are still limited to exploring the influence mechanism of weight self-stigma on college students and adults'exercise avoidance from the cognitive perspective,namely weight identity threat,internalized social attitude,and exercise motivation.Based on the transactional theory of stress and coping,839 adolescents were investigated to explore the influence mechanism of weight self-stigma on adolescents'exercise avoidance from the perspective of social appearance anxiety.The results showed that:(1)Weight self-stigma had a significant positive effect on adolescents'exercise avoidance;(2)Fear of negative appearance evaluation had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between weight self-stigma and adolescents'exercise avoidance;(3)Social-emotional competency had a negative moderating effect between fear of negative appearance evaluation and adolescents'exercise avoidance;(4)Weight self-stigma effected adolescents'exercise avoidance through fear of negative appearance evaluation,which was moderated by social-emotional competency that acted as a moderated-mediator.This study not only expanded the theoretical space of weight self-stigma,but also provided the practical enlightenment for the government,schools and families to prevent exercise avoidance of adolescents with weight self-stigma.
